Location: Chicagoland Area

Salary Range: $125,000 – $150,000

A rapidly growing healthcare organization is seeking an Enterprise Project Manager to lead large-scale business transformation initiatives across multiple departments.

This is not an infrastructure IT Project Manager role. Instead, you'll partner directly with executive leadership to deliver strategic initiatives involving Finance, Procurement, Sales, IT, AI, Operations, and enterprise-wide change management efforts.

One of the organization's highest-profile initiatives involves consolidating multiple enterprise platforms into a unified solution while simultaneously driving AI adoption and broader organizational transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise-wide strategic projects from planning through execution
  • Partner with executives and business leaders across multiple departments
  • Drive organizational change and transformation initiatives
