Amex Offers Marketing Operations (AOMO), part of Amex Offers Digital Media (AODM) is a global organization that sits within Membership Portfolio Services (MPS) within the US Consumer Services Business. MPS is responsible for developing and scaling several growing businesses that are strategically important to American Express. We are developing unique and differentiated ways to strengthen the Membership Model by connecting Card Members with Merchants that create opportunities to help drive our growth over the mid-to-long term.
AOMO is Marketing Operations center of excellence within AODM with the charter of driving high quality, customer-first marketing that accelerates business growth through optimized go-to-market solutions and the development of best-in-class mar tech products & processes.
This role will report to the Director, Amex Offers MarOps Solutions and lead one analyst. This position will be responsible for the strategic consultation, enablement, and execution of US Amex Offers campaigns, as well as operational reporting and process optimization to drive business outcomes.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include:
  • Manage the onboarding process for US Amex Offers, ensuring the successful set-up, execution, and delivery of offers within the Amex Offers Ecosystem.
  • Provide strategic campaign consultation and solution design to partners across Merchant, Consumer, Small Business, and other enterprise customers, balancing business objectives with operational considerations to achieve goals.
  • Manage operational reporting, including tracking, analyzing, and communicating key performance indicators. Translate data into meaningful insights and leadership reporting, identifying opportunities and driving business outcomes. Additionally, own the Amex Offers tracker and other supporting reporting documents, ensuring data accuracy and effective stakeholder communication.
  • Lead and develop a direct report focused on reporting and Amex Offers execution, fostering an environment that promotes growth, accountability, collaboration, and execution excellence.
  • Manage offer enablement and delivery for enterprise campaigns and heat moments, partnering with Sales, Go to Market, and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and operational efficiencies, partnering with Product teams on enhancements to accelerate speed to market, increase capacity and maintain high quality.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Proven project management skills with a strong focus on process excellence and track record of driving results.
  • Excellent relationship management, collaboration, and influence management skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience translating data into actionable business insights.
  • Ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, manage multiple workstreams, and operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Operational mindset- Process-oriented with excellent attention to detail to drive flawless execution.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strategic and innovative thinker with the ability to problem solve and challenge existing approaches.
  • Comfort with and ability to understand, at a high level, capabilities and technical systems.

  • A passion for leading and developing colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in Marketing Operations and/or specifically offer execution.
  • Working familiarity with AI applications.
  • Direct people leadership experience.
