This client supplies Wall Panels, Ceiling Panels, Doors, Unit Toilets, Unit Cabin, and TLQ and our office (located in NEW JERSEY) is in charge of the MARKETS in NORTH and SOUTH AMERICA and EUROPE.

[Job Summary]

This role supports daily operations, accounting functions, financial reporting, and general office administration within an automotive environment. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines while coordinating with customers, vendors, and HQ.

[Job Description]

Operations & Coordination

Manage daily email communications, task tracking, and meeting preparation

Prepare quotations, shipping documents, POs, and invoices

Monitor PO progress, production schedules, shipment timelines, and customer communications

Prepare meeting minutes and regular operational reports

Accounting & Finance

Process fund disbursements, payroll-related payments, and recurring vendor payments

Manage accounts receivable, remittance schedules, and weekly/monthly financial reports

Perform month-end closing tasks and maintain accurate records in QuickBooks

Review and reconcile Bank & AMEX statements

Prepare executive reports, sales projections, and semi-annual performance reports

Administrative & Office Management

Support HR and internal approval processes as needed

Coordinate purchasing and vendor management (including overseas suppliers)

Maintain office supplies, equipment, utilities, and service accounts

Support marketing activities, LinkedIn management, and PR materials

Ensure proper document control, data management, and system backups

Requirements

Proficient in both English and Korean.

Bachelor's Degree

MS office (Excel - VLOOKUP, etc.) Power Point, and Word
