General Functions and Scope

Providing Project Managers with professional and proficient administrative support for all project-related needs.

Essential Functional Areas of Responsibilities

  • Managing new job startup process (gathering documents, reading contracts, completing a project set-up to request a new job number, etc.)
  • Assisting with job cost accounting (approving AP/Timesheets, running cost reports, etc.)
  • Preparing & submitting client billings (creating billings from gathering tickets/dailies, processing in Sage 100, assisting with payment collection when needed, etc.)
  • Issuing and tracking subcontracts, collecting their insurance requirements, & requesting/processing subcontract changes as needed
  • Maintaining standardized job filing system
  • Assisting with any other general office tasks
