Job description


Key Responsibilities
  • Review, input, and update loan information, including mortgage clauses, loan amounts, loan numbers, and lender contact details
  • Add lender contact information within the file
  • Identify discrepancies and communicate findings to the appropriate branch personnel or follow established escalation guidelines
  • Update title commitments and prepare ALTA supplemental documents
  • Generate Preliminary Closing Disclosures (CDs) and ALTA Settlement Statements
  • Prepare Closing Protection Letters (CPLs)
  • Ensure timely distribution of requested documentation to lender contacts

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in title, escrow, mortgage, or loan processing strongly preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems
  • Familiarity with ALTA documents, title commitments, and closing documentation is a plus
