Job description

Amazon Devices is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Axiom team within Demand Science Optimization (DSO). Axiom is the sales planning product used by Sales Leaders across Amazon Devices to plan and optimize pricing, promotions, and demand for product lines spanning Product Line Marketplaces across North America, Europe, and Japan.
You will own a product workstream end-to-end - from defining the vision and writing requirements, to working with engineering and science teams to ship features that directly impact how Amazon prices and plans for hundreds of millions of dollars in device sales. This role sits at the intersection of GenAI/ML, data platforms, pricing optimization, and UX - and you'll work daily with science, engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to build products that replace manual planning processes with intelligent, automated systems.
This is a high-visibility role

Your work will be reviewed by VP-level leadership, and the features you build will be used by Product Line leaders, Finance, and Supply Chain teams across Amazon Devices worldwide.
Key job responsibilities
- Own a product workstream end-to-end: Define the product vision, write BRDs, PR/FAQs, and user stories. Drive prioritization, make trade-off decisions, and manage the roadmap for your area.
- Partner with Science and Engineering: Work with applied scientists on pricing optimization models, demand forecasting, and ML-powered recommendation systems. Translate science model capabilities into product experiences that users trust and adopt.
- Ship customer-facing features: Define and deliver features across the Axiom platform, including Homepage dashboards, planning workflows, price recommendation widgets, GenAI-powered insights, and data visualization tools.
- Drive adoption and trust: Work directly with Sales Leaders and Product Line managers to understand their workflows, gather feedback, and iterate on features

Measure success through adoption metrics, time savings, and forecast accuracy improvements.
- Collaborate across Amazon: Partner with Finance (Vista, Cerberus), Supply Chain (NEO), Forecasting (USF), and other DSO systems to ensure Axiom plans flow accurately to downstream consumers.
- Leverage AI/ML and GenAI: Identify opportunities to apply generative AI, large language models, and machine learning to planning workflows - from automated summaries and anomaly detection to AI-driven price recommendations.
- Communicate with leadership: Present product strategy, progress updates, and demos to Director and VP-level stakeholders. Write clear, concise documents in the Amazon narrative style.
