Nell'ambito del rafforzamento del proprio team di professionisti, Havas Media Network e alla ricerca di un/a Marketplace Manager.

Questa figura avro la responsabilita di gestire e sviluppare le attivita operative e strategiche sui marketplace e canali eCommerce, contribuendo alla crescita delle performance dei clienti di Havas Market.

Il ruolo supporta l'implementazione delle strategie eCommerce e Retail Media definite a livello di practice, garantendo un'eccellente execution sui marketplace (Amazon, Zalando, ecc.), ottimizzando le vendite e migliorando la visibilita dei brand.

Principali responsabilita:

Gestire in autonomia le attivita quotidiane sui principali marketplace (Amazon Vendor/Seller, Zalando, eBay, TikTok Shop, ecc.);

Creare e ottimizzare contenuti (schede prodotto, A+, immagini, keyword optimization);

Supportare la configurazione e gestione degli store online;

Monitorare assortimento, pricing, promozioni e disponibilita prodotti;

Collaborare con i team interni (media, creativita, data) per garantire coerenza e qualita dell'execution;

Pianificare e ottimizzare campagne di retail media (Amazon Ads, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, ecc.);

Monitorare KPI chiave (sales, ROAS, conversion rate, CTR);

Elaborare report periodici e insight per migliorare le performance;

Supportare la definizione di piani media integrati;

Contribuire allo sviluppo di strategie marketplace e eCommerce per i clieni;

Identificare opportunita di ottimizzazione e crescita (nuovi marketplace, espansione geografica, nuove categorie);

Supportare l'implementazione di progetti D2C e social commerce;

Gestire operativamente la relazione con clienti e stakeholder;

Preparare report, presentazioni e aggiornamenti periodici;

Supportare attivita di formazione e presentazione di best practice ai clienti.

Competenze Richieste:

Conoscenza operativa dei principali marketplace (Amazon in primis);

Esperienza in retail media e campagne advertising digitali;

Capacita analitiche e orientamento ai KPI;

Project management e attenzione al dettaglio;

Buone capacita relazionali e comunicative;

Attitudine proattiva e orientamento al risultato.

Requisiti:

Laurea in Marketing, Economia, Digital Management o discipline affini;

Esperienza di 3-5 anni in ambito eCommerce, marketplace o digital marketing;

Esperienza in agenzie media, eCommerce, retailer o brand digitali;

Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Sede di lavoro: Milano (previsto smartworking)

Orario di lavoro: Full-time
