Amazon's IT Services organization supports all Amazonians at corporate offices, ensuring they have the technology and resources needed to innovate and excel. The Logistics and Imaging Team (LIT) is a critical part of this mission, operating in a warehouse environment to image, deploy, and manage the lifecycle of all end-user IT equipment for individuals and offices across the United States.
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Associate to join our team to both support day-to-day operations and project-based initiatives that enhance our operational efficiency and service delivery

This role offers an opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to make a significant impact on Amazon's corporate IT Logistics.
You'll join a diverse team of IT Support associates and engineers, supply chain specialists, program managers, operations managers, and other vital roles. You'll collaborate with people across IT Services to help us deliver the highest standards for IT Logistics, ensuring that our customers have the equipment they need to perform their jobs. And you'll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.
Key job responsibilities
Support day-to-day IT Imaging responsibilities, which may include imaging, troubleshooting, data destruction, repair, or other tasks
Support and collaborate on IT projects related to imaging, deployment, and lifecycle management of end-user equipment
Maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles
Provide escalation support for challenging technical problems
Contribute to the development and implementation of technical solutions to improve operational efficiency and service quality
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours at a time
Must be able to bend and lift equipment up to 49 lbs throughout the shift
