Job description

A high-performing Amazon e-commerce company is seeking a Head of E-Commerce to run the business end-to-end with full P&L responsibility.
Responsibilities Include

  • Own full P&L and overall business performance
  • Lead marketplace strategy, growth, and brand partnerships
  • Oversee listing optimization, advertising, and account health
  • Manage inventory, logistics, and operational strategy
  • Scale performance across the full Amazon ecosystem
  • Build and maintain strong brand and vendor relationships
Ideal Qualifications
  • Proven experience running a successful Amazon business
  • Deep knowledge of Amazon account health, ads, and logistics
  • Strong strategic and operational leadership skills
  • Experience owning P&L and scaling e-commerce brands

Salary: $130k - $150k/Year + Commission
