Amazon Marketplace Specialist

We are currently seeking applicants for the role of Amazon Marketplace Specialist. Reporting to the Amazon Account Manager, this person will be responsible for supporting online sales growth at Amazon and other key eCommerce accounts. This role requires a strong background in Amazon with A+ content, brand store and listing optimization.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • New item Set Up on Amazon and Walmart Marketplace
  • Image stack and storefront optimization, all items live on the brand store
  • Ensuring images and A+ content are live and accurate
  • Managing Amazon case log
  • Monitoring listings for issues (suppressed listings, missing content, errors)
  • Maintaining variation families (size, scent, pack changes)
  • Tracking and following up on internal WRIKE content requests
  • Maintaining Walmart 1P and Marketplace listings
  • Supporting meetings with notes and action tracking
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3+ years of experience working with Amazon content
  • Strong understanding of Amazon SEO (titles, bullets, backend search terms)
  • Hands-on experience with Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and DSP fundamentals
  • Familiarity with A+ Content, Brand Store management and listing optimization
  • Experience troubleshooting suppressed listings, variation issues and account health
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with internal and external business partners
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of follow up and ability to prioritize competing priorities

SALARY AND BENEFITS
Duke Cannon offers a competitive market salary and bonus based on role and professional experience. The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000. Our benefits are top-notch and include health & dental insurance, HSA and 401k programs supported by regular company contributions, a tuition reimbursement program, and monthly parking stipend.
