About the Role:
TP-Link is seeking a results-driven Amazon Advertising Specialist to lead the strategy, execution, optimization, and performance of Amazon advertising campaigns across our growing portfolio of consumer products. This individual will be responsible for maximizing advertising efficiency while driving revenue growth, profitability, and brand visibility across Amazon's advertising ecosystem.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, data-driven, and experienced managing significant Amazon advertising budgets. They understand how to leverage Amazon's advertising platform to improve campaign performance while collaborating cross-functionally with account management, marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams.
Requirements
Develop, execute, and optimize Amazon Advertising strategies that drive sales growth, profitability, and brand awareness.
Manage Amazon advertising campaigns across:
  • Sponsored Products
  • Sponsored Brands
  • Sponsored Display
  • Amazon DSP (Demand Side Platform)

Own campaign planning, launch, optimization, and ongoing performance management throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Conduct continuous keyword research, search term analysis, audience targeting, bid management, and campaign restructuring to improve advertising efficiency.
Monitor campaign performance daily and proactively optimize key performance metrics including:
  • ROAS
  • ACOS
  • TACOS
  • CTR
  • Conversion Rate
  • CPC

Analyze advertising performance, customer behavior, competitive activity, and marketplace trends to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic initiatives.
Build recurring reporting dashboards and present actionable insights, optimization results, and future recommendations to stakeholders.
Partner closely with Amazon Account Managers, Brand Marketing, Creative, Product Marketing, and E-commerce teams to align advertising initiatives with product launches, promotions, seasonal events, and overall business objectives.
Test and evaluate new Amazon advertising features, targeting capabilities, campaign types, and beta programs to continuously improve campaign performance.
Manage advertising budgets responsibly while maximizing return on investment.
Stay current on Amazon Advertising platform updates, best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Amazon Advertising (PPC) experience.
  • Proven experience managing Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Advertising metrics including ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Experience with keyword research, bid optimization, audience targeting, and campaign structure optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and make data-driven decisions.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience creating performance reports and dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred
  • Experience managing Amazon DSP campaigns.
  • Experience managing large monthly advertising budgets.
  • Experience with Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) or Amazon Marketing Stream.
  • Familiarity with third-party Amazon advertising platforms such as Pacvue, Perpetua, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Quartile, or similar tools.
  • Experience supporting consumer electronics or CPG brands.
