Senior Sales/Sourcing Representative - Airline/MRO
Remote Open until filled
Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and expanding relationships with existing customers. This role serves as a strategic partner to customers, identifying solutions that align with their operational and technical needs while promoting the company's capabilities and product portfolio. The ideal candidate has experience in aerospace working with Airline/MRO companies and possesses strong relationship building, negotiation, and business development skills. Identify strategic sourcing opportunities to fulfill customer requirements to fulfill customer requirements. Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers and complete customer-facing quotes. Experience with sourcing, procurement, or supply chain is preferred. Develop sourcing strategies for key accounts utilizing our in-house manufacturing capabilities and supplier network.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
โ€ข Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and secure new business opportunities within the Airline/MRO market.
โ€ข Prospect and qualify new customers through networking, referrals, industry events, cold outreach, and market research.
โ€ข Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue and profitability objectives.
โ€ข Identify opportunities for cross-selling and expanding existing customer relationships.
โ€ข Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations
โ€ข Develop long-term account growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
โ€ข Manage a portfolio of assigned customer accounts and serve as the primary business contact.
โ€ข Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term supply agreements within company guidelines.
โ€ข Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues and coordinating internal resources.
โ€ข Monitor industry trends, customer requirements, and competitive activity.
โ€ข Identify emerging markets and new applications for company products.
โ€ข Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and customer information in CRM.
โ€ข Achieve assigned sales, profitability, and customer retention goals.
โ€ข Travel as required based on business needs.
โ€ข Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications, Knowledge, & Skills:
โ€ข Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
โ€ข Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
โ€ข Track record of achieving sales quotas
โ€ข Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
โ€ข Valid driver's license, vehicle and insurance
โ€ข Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
โ€ข NetSuite or other large ERP experience desirable
โ€ข 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development within manufacturing, aerospace, industrial, or technical products.
โ€ข CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics).
โ€ข Experience with aerospace or industrial manufacturing.
โ€ข Familiarity with OEM, MRO, or distribution sales environments.
โ€ข Strategic account planning and relationship management.
โ€ข Professionalism, high energy and excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written)
Compensation: $110,000/base DOE plus bonus opportunity
Physical Requirements:
โ€ข Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
โ€ข Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
