Job description

We are seeking a Human Resources CORPORATE RECRUITER with exceptional people and communication skills, strong work ethic, and preferably, experience and knowledge in Customer Service and HOSPITALITY.

RECRUITER SUMMARY:

The Corporate Recruiter will assist and support the Human Resources Department in selecting suitable candidates in the customer service positions.

The Corporate Recruiter will Coordinate the acquisition, onboarding, orienting and processing of new employees in addition to other HR Responsibilities.

The Recruiter will create, identify, and maintain relationships with local and online networks (such as Local Colleges and Universities, Restaurants, Bistros, Community outlets, Online Job Boards, etc.)

Previous experience as a recruiter or similar HR role preferred but not required.

DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS:
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including reviewing applications and resumes and identifying qualified candidates.
  • Communicate with applicants regarding job opportunities, interview scheduling, required documentation, and next steps in the hiring process.
  • Schedule and coordinate initial and second interviews with applicants and appropriate management personnel.
  • Schedule applicants for required training, onboarding appointments, orientations, and other pre-employment activities.
  • Coordinate the processing of new-hire paperwork and employee information with the Payroll Department.
  • Assist with completing and processing required employment documentation for new employees.
  • Coordinate employee uniform orders and ensure new employees receive required uniforms in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential applicant and recruitment records.
  • Monitor resumes and applications to ensure applicant files remain active for the required period.
  • Maintain applicant records in accordance with company retention requirements.
  • Assist with filing, copying, scanning, collating, and other administrative duties as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of applicant, employee, and company information.
  • Respond to applicant and employee inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and department supervisors regarding staffing needs and candidate status.
  • Provide timely updates regarding applicants throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Assist with other Human Resources duties and special projects as assigned by the supervisor.
