Airline Customer Service Agent

Pacific Aviation is hiring Airline Customer Service Agents at San Francisco International Airport (SFO) for a dynamic, part-time opportunity that offers serious growth, great benefits, and meaningful daily impact.

Responsibilities include assisting passengers at check-in counters, gates, and arrival areas; verifying travel documents and complying with airline and TSA protocols; making clear announcements and providing directions; supporting boarding, baggage assistance, and special service needs; collaborating with airline teams and fellow agents to ensure smooth operations; and delivering excellent customer service under pressure in a dynamic terminal setting.

You'll start with one international airline and have the opportunity to train on others over time.

Qualifications include fluent English communication skills, strong verbal and written communication; active listening skills, computer literacy and fast, accurate data entry, calmness and solution-focus under pressure, physical stamina to stand for extended periods and move throughout the terminal, authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check and drug screening. Bilingual ability preferred in one of the following languages: Tagalog, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, Hindi, Gujarati, Japanese.

Must be available to work at least 4 days per week, including weekends and holidays. Shifts may include early mornings, afternoons, evenings, or nights.
