Job description

A Global Logistics company in Orlando Florida is seeking an Assistant with Data Entry, Dispatching and Freight experience.

 

Start Dates: ASAP

Length: 3-6 months+ ;

Location: Orlando | 32822

100% onsite

 Shift: 8am-5pm; Monday-Friday - some flexibility with the schedule - 40 hours per week

Training: Sit with the Supervisor for the 1st week

  

Pay Rate: $18-$25/hr

Position Details:

  • Coordinate the exportation of goods by air, including scheduling with airlines and managing the movement of goods through various transportation channels
  • Prepare and process required documentation for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
  • Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to customers on the status of their shipments
  • Manage relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise

Qualifications

  • IT/Tech savvy
    1. Navigating 3 or 4 different apps at a time
    2. Needs Proficiency in Excel and Basic Microsoft Apps
  • Performing data entry
  • Managing tracking
  • Dispatching
  • Logistics experience or Freight Forwarding experience preferred
