Job description

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll ensure critical data is accurate, organized, and up to date, supporting our Chargeback, ADM, and Refund teams. You'll collaborate with teams across the business and work with airlines, merchants, suppliers, and customers to help keep operations running smoothly.

This role is perfect for someone who loves details, enjoys solving problems, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. While you'll start by focusing on data entry and operational support, you'll also have the opportunity to grow into process improvement, automation, reporting, and analytics. If you're excited about turning manual work into smarter solutions and gaining exposure to business insights, this role offers plenty of room to grow.

What You'll Bring1+ year of data entry experience
Travel agency or airline industry experience is a plus
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
What You'll DoEnter, update, and maintain data across internal systems and databases
Verify information for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Maintain organized records and documentation
Partner with internal teams to support daily operations
Identify data issues, process gaps, and improvement opportunities
Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders
Support collections, memo reconciliation, and partner follow-ups
