Description
Rent Branson is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Owner Services Coordinator to support our Owner Relations team. In this role, you will help ensure that the homes in our vacation rental portfolio are maintained to the highest standards while assisting with communication, documentation, and operational coordination.

What You'll Do
  • Provide administrative support to the Owner Relations team in managing a portfolio of vacation rental homes.
  • Assist with homeowner communications by responding to routine inquiries and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Monitor guest reviews and help track responses or corrective actions when needed.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure properties remain clean, safe, and guest-ready.
  • Assist with scheduling vendors for maintenance, repairs, and property services.
  • Maintain accurate records related to property condition, service requests, and maintenance schedules.
  • Support monthly owner statement review by organizing documentation and identifying discrepancies.
  • Help coordinate quarterly property quality assurance visits and compile inspection reports.
  • Support onboarding documentation and setup for new homes joining the Rent Branson program.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

    • Experience working in hospitality, property management, or operations a plus.
    • Experience with project coordination or scheduling is a plus.
    • Familiarity with vacation rental platforms such as Airbnb or Vrbo is helpful but not required.
    • Experience working with vendors, scheduling services, or coordinating teams is a plus.
    • This position provides the right candidate with the opportunity to grow up into our Owner Ambassador Department.
