Who We Are

Deerfield Vacation Rentals is a short-term / vacation rental management company with a portfolio of properties in the Deerfield Resort community and across scenic Norris Lake, including lakefront homes, lakeview homes, villas, condos, etc.


We pride ourselves on 5-star reviews, and cleanliness is our top priority.


We are looking for reliable, thorough, and experienced cleaners to join our cleaning team, committed to delivering clean, spotless, welcoming stays for every guest.


About the Position

  • Turnover Window: Must be available between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
  • Scheduling: Schedule varies based on bookings; weekends are frequently required.
  • Location: Mostly in and around Deerfield Resort

Responsibilities:

  • Full Turnover Clean: Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
  • Laundry: Wash, dry, and fold all linens and towels (on-site or off-site, specify here).
  • Restocking: Replenish supplies (coffee, toilet paper, shampoo, etc.) and notify us when stock is low.
  • Staging: Arrange pillows, throws, and decor exactly as shown in reference photos.
  • Damage Reporting: Inspect the property for damages or missing items and report them immediately via photo.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience with Airbnb/Vacation Rentals or Hotel Housekeeping preferred.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Smartphone: Must be able to use apps (like WhatsApp, TurnoverBnB, or Slack) to send photos of the finished job.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently under a time crunch.

Compensation:


 Pay: Competitive hourly pay based on experience and performance: 

  • Cleaner (L1): $16.00/hr
  • Experienced Cleaner (L2): $17.00/hr
  • Lead Cleaner (L3): $18.00/hr
  • Cleaning Manager: $19.00/hr

Bonuses: Available for consistent 5-star cleanliness ratings.


What You'll Do

  • Clean and prepare vacation properties for check-in and guest turnover
  • Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, floors, and windows
  • Refresh linens, restock essential supplies, and set up units for arrival
  • Remove trash and debris from both units and common areas
  • Sanitize high-touch surfaces to ensure guest safety and satisfaction
  • Follow detailed cleaning checklists and company quality standards
  • Promptly report maintenance issues or safety concerns
  • Coordinate with property management and maintenance to meet turn deadlines
  • Care for cleaning tools, inventory, and workspaces responsibly

This role may involve travel between nearby properties and work inside both vacant and guest-occupied units.
