Airbnb Property Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a dependable and experienced maintenance technician to service multiple short-term rental properties throughout Jacksonville and Jacksonville Beach.

Responsibilities:
  • Complete general repairs and preventative maintenance
  • Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, appliance, and HVAC issues
  • Repair toilets, faucets, drains, locks, doors, blinds, and furniture
  • Complete window repairs and replacements
  • Replace light bulbs, smoke detectors, air filters, and batteries
  • Perform minor painting, drywall repair, caulking, and touch-ups
  • Assemble and install furniture, TVs, shelves, and fixtures
  • Inspect properties and report damages or safety concerns
  • Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests during guest stays
  • Take clear before-and-after photos of completed work
  • Keep work areas clean and guest-ready

Requirements:
