Residential Cleaning Lead

Triad Cleaning Crew โ€“ Winston-Salem & Piedmont Triad

Triad Cleaning Crew is expanding into residential cleaning, and we're looking for an experienced, dependable Residential Cleaning Lead to help us build this division the right way.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional results, enjoys leading by example, and wants the opportunity to grow with a company as our residential services continue to expand.

This is a part-time position to start, with the opportunity for additional hours and advancement as the residential division grows.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-quality residential cleaning in customers' homes.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure every home meets our standards.
  • Help train and mentor new residential cleaners as the team grows.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Identify and report any issues that need attention.
  • Represent Triad Cleaning Crew with professionalism and excellent customer service.

Qualifications:
  • Previous residential cleaning experience required.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
  • Available to work weekdays between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Dependable with excellent attendance.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a background check.

Schedule:
  • Part-time to start.
