Job description

About Evolver

Evolver is a rapidly growing technology company building innovative AI solutions for leading global enterprises. As we continue to scale across teams, functions, and geographies, we are looking for a highly adaptable Recruiter who can help us identify and attract exceptional talent across the organization.

The Role

We are seeking a versatile, hands-on Recruiter with experience working in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments. This person will manage the full recruiting lifecycle and support hiring across a broad range of roles, including technology, product, design, sales, consulting, operations, finance, and corporate functions.

The ideal candidate is comfortable shifting between highly technical searches, senior leadership hiring, and operational or business roles. You should be resourceful, organized, and able to operate effectively even when processes, priorities, and job requirements are evolving.

This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in shaping Evolver's team and recruiting infrastructure as the company continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from role intake and sourcing through interviews, offer negotiation, and closing.

  • Recruit for a wide variety of technical, business, operational, and leadership positions.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and company leadership to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and develop effective search strategies.

  • Proactively source high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, recruiting platforms, and creative outbound approaches.

  • Build strong candidate pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs.

  • Screen candidates and assess their experience, capabilities, motivations, communication skills, and alignment with Evolver's culture.

  • Coordinate and manage interview processes while ensuring clear and timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.

  • Provide hiring managers with market insights, candidate feedback, compensation information, and recommendations throughout the recruiting process.

  • Develop strong relationships with candidates and deliver a thoughtful, professional candidate experience.

  • Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, conversion rates, and other relevant hiring metrics.

  • Help establish and improve recruiting processes, interview practices, documentation, and systems as the company scales.

  • Support employer-branding, referral, and talent-community initiatives.

  • Work with external recruiting firms when appropriate and help evaluate their performance.

  • Contribute beyond a narrowly defined recruiting function when necessary, including supporting onboarding, workforce planning, compensation research, and other talent-related initiatives.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience as a recruiter at a major enterprise or startup company.
  • Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting in a startup, high-growth company, or similarly fast-moving environment.

  • Experience recruiting across a broad range of functions and seniority levels.

  • Strong sourcing capabilities and the ability to identify candidates for specialized or difficult-to-fill positions.

  • Ability to quickly understand unfamiliar roles, industries, technologies, and candidate markets.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong judgment and the ability to evaluate both technical qualifications and broader candidate fit.

  • Highly organized, responsive, and capable of managing multiple active searches simultaneously.

  • Comfortable working with changing priorities, incomplete information, and evolving organizational needs.

  • Ability to build credibility and productive relationships with executives, hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.

  • Strong sense of ownership and willingness to independently move searches forward.

  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting for technology, artificial intelligence, consulting, enterprise software, or professional-services organizations.

  • Experience supporting international or multi-region hiring.

  • Experience recruiting senior executives or other highly specialized candidates.

  • Familiarity with compensation benchmarking, employment structures, and offer development across different markets.

  • Experience helping build or improve recruiting processes within a growing organization.

What Success Looks Like
  • Hiring managers receive qualified, well-calibrated candidates across a wide range of positions.

  • Recruiting processes move efficiently without compromising candidate quality or experience.

  • Candidates receive timely, professional, and transparent communication.

  • Difficult or highly specialized searches are approached creatively and persistently.

  • Recruiting systems and processes become more scalable as Evolver grows.

  • The recruiter develops a strong understanding of the company and becomes a trusted partner to leadership and hiring managers.

Who You Are

You are proactive, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats. You do not need a fully developed recruiting playbook to begin making progress, and you are willing to build processes while actively delivering results. You enjoy learning about different areas of a business and can move comfortably between recruiting an engineer, a designer, a salesperson, an operator, or a senior executive.

Most importantly, you understand that successful startup recruiting requires urgency, creativity, sound judgment, and a willingness to take ownership of whatever is needed to bring exceptional people into the organization.
