Job description

Site Development Estimator & Project Manager - prepare cost estimates for large residential, commercial, and industrial projects. After awarded of the project, manage the workflow, customers' expectations, schedules, and vendor relations.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Working knowledge of Agtek
  • Working knowledge of HardDollar, B2W, or HCSS
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Schedule
  • Startup and Closeout Experience with the local government agencies
  • 3-7 years experience
