Job description

JD for CLM Candidate (Solution Architect)
• Act as Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) subject matter expert
• Hands-on experience with one or more CLM tools/products such as: Agiloft, Icertis, Sirion, Apttus, Conga, DocuSign CLM, SpringCM, etc
• Experience implementing signature tools such as: Adobe Sign, DocuSign, etc
• Well-versed in business process mapping, workflow diagrams, template assembly, merge field mapping, and configuration of CLM tools
• Ability to create and maintain well-written artifacts such as process flows, user stories, and design documentation.
• Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills.
• Deliver end-to-end CLM implementations by:
o Assessing the current state and defining future state processes based on areas for improvement and fit-gap analysis
o Work with business users to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
o Design scalable and reliable solutions
o Managing the implementation/development of the solution
o Serve as a liaison between the business and the development teams
o Refine business requirements and manage business priorities while ensuring scope alignment.
o Lead and facilitate design workshops, document the output/findings, create user stories, and obtain customer sign-off.
o Author and manage contract templates, manage clause libraries, workflows, and other CLM configurations.
o Recommend, contribute to, and apply CLM best practices
o Create clear and accurate training materials.
o Conduct user training and/or Train-The-Trainer sessions.
o Partner with executive/project sponsors to promote user adoption.
o Appropriately assess and communicate risks as well as alternative solutions where necessary.
Salary Range: $110,000 to $135,000 per year
