Job description
• Partners with business stakeholders to analyze, define and document business requirements, within and across functional areas
• Drives best practices during requirements gathering and modeling
• Has a strong focus on gathering core requirements, beyond stated requirements and correctly places these within a broader context
• Understands business environment and helps to connect/align relevant business stakeholders
• Process Modeling and Design
• Partners with business stakeholders to analyze, define and document business processes within and across functional areas
• Drives best practices during requirements gathering and modeling
• Understands business environment and helps to connect/align relevant business stakeholders
Stakeholder Management
• Prior experience in an agiloft implementation project would be preferred/ a plus
• Conduct system analysis closely working with business, prepare stories/ features, review and finalize requirements
• Coordinate with larger business & IT team and help understand requirements and provide clarifications
• Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Adept with MS Office Tools (Power Point, Word, Excel)
• The ability to drive senior level stakeholder discussions shaping business outcomes and roadmap for work
• Ability to document business requirements in rally
• The ability to propose solutions, rally around for common understanding and obtain business and IT buy-in
• Eliciting business requirements aligned with strategic intent from the business and IT stakeholders
• Work with product SMEs to perform gap analysis and create solutions to address the technical or functional debt
• Work with product architects to achieve seamless application integration
• Guide and support in designing test strategies
• Creates agile user stories and acceptance documentation as stories and features
• Directs interaction with business leaders, internal and external ecosystem partners
• Identifies and document all constraints, implications, and consequences of various proposed system and business changes
