Job description

We are hiring a seasoned Agiloft Developer to design, develop, configure, and optimize enterprise contract lifecycle management (CLM) and workflow automation solutions using the Agiloft platform.
Strong experience in Agiloft system configuration, workflow design, automation rules, and integrations with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and document management platforms.
Responsible for building scalable, maintainable, efficient contract/workflow solutions that improve operational efficiency and governance across enterprise processes.
Enable automation of contract lifecycles, reduce manual effort, improve compliance, and ensure faster turnaround of enterprise agreements.
This role is critical for driving digital transformation of contract and workflow management systems.
Skills / Experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on development experience in Agiloft Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform
  • 3+ years of experience in Agiloft configuration (Tables, Fields, Forms, Knowledge Bases)
  • Workflow and business rules design; Automation scripting (Agiloft scripting / JavaScript)
  • Experience in CLM processes (contracts lifecycle: drafting, approvals, renewals)
  • REST API / SOAP integrations with third-party systems; SQL querying and data modeling
  • Workflow automation & Business Process Management (BPM); SQL & relational databases
  • Java / JavaScript (for Agiloft scripting extensions); REST API / Web Services integration
  • Understanding of enterprise security and role-based access control
  • Enterprise application integration; Experience in debugging and performance tuning of workflows
  • BS / B.E / B.Tech / BCA / MS / MCA or equivalent in Computer Science / IT or related
