Job description

Title: Agiloft CLM Implementor
Duration: 6+ Months of Contract with Possible extension/ FT
Location: Remote from US or Canada(If you are empanlled for Canada)
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • A hands-on Implementor with mid or senior level Agiloft implementation experience, adept at building feature rollouts and PROD app maintenance, incident management etc.
  • Work on a product team in implementation of Agiloft product capabilities configured to Ford requirements
  • Drive system configuration and deployment activities across the engagement
  • Assist business in gathering requirements and define metadata and other elements needed for new feature or CR implementation
  • Validate and test the required changes - functional and integration testing, Agiloft release upgrades etc.
  • Assist Users on any configuration changes, quick troubleshooting for user base in PROD
  • Agiloft enhancements, maintenance cycles and production support
