Sunbelt Rentals--the fastest growing rental business in North America--is seeking a Strategic Customer Support Representative - Pump and Power.

The Strategic Customer Support Representative - Pump and Power serves as the first point of contact for many of our customers, whose purpose is to understand the customers' needs, provide equipment solutions, negotiate and close the deal (rental or sale) and process the customer's contract. The primary goal of this position is to maximize sales revenue, exceed the expectations of our customers by providing exceptional customer service. Success will be measured by your ability to help support the achievement of the business goals. You share accountability, and play an integral role in driving sales, ensuring positive customer experience, achieving operational excellence and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Education or experience that prepares you for success:

  • Min. 2 years of experience in a customer service role required

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on:

  • Sales skills and customer service focus
  • Computer proficiency with MS applications
  • Wynne experience a plus
  • Equipment Rental/Emergency Response experience preferred

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job. Base Pay Range: $17.75 - 23.72
