Responsibilities
  • Serve as a support resource for clients with general questions about Medicare coverage, benefits, and next steps
  • Assist licensed agents with client follow-ups, documentation, and service-related requests
  • Support enrollments during AEP, OEP, and applicable Special Enrollment Periods (non-sales support)
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure required information is properly documented
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and dependable service
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on processes and compliance
