Job description

Job Opportunity

Lake Michigan's Fast Ferry is looking for motivated, reliable Customer Service Representatives for our upcoming season!

The Lake Express Ferry travels between Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Muskegon, Michigan twice a day, with a third round trip on select summer evenings. All customer service and call center positions are land-based.

Customer Service Representatives work in the Milwaukee terminal to help our passengers have a safe, efficient, and fun experience! This includes: booking and processing reservations, issuing boarding passes, answering customer inquiries, providing security during the check in process and screening passengers, and assisting passengers in boarding the ship.

Customer Service Representatives may also assist customers in the call center, receive and stock deliveries, and have light housekeeping and organizing tasks.

Employees may receive a number of ferry tickets for personal use.

This position can include either part-time or full-time hours, and may include early mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. This is a great opportunity for retirees, students, and people seeking part-time work!

Customer Service Representative positions are seasonal. Lake Express' season runs from May until the end of October. Workdays may be available before the beginning of the season for training, and after the end of the season for clean-up.

Apply today and you will be contacted for an interview! We are looking to fill all available spaces before the season begins!
