Job Description:

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and executive support to the leadership of the Institute of American Constitutional Thought and Leadership. This position supports the Senior Associate Director and the Director by managing executive scheduling, correspondence, documentation, and administrative processes necessary for the effective operation of the Institute.
The Executive Assistant focuses on administrative execution, logistics, and executive support, ensuring that leadership priorities are implemented efficiently and that daily operations proceed smoothly.
The position supports the Institute's mission as defined by Ohio Revised Code Sec. 3364.07 by enabling effective leadership, communication, and administrative continuity.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience providing administrative or executive support.
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, executive-level environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting senior leadership in higher education or a comparable organization.
Familiarity with University administrative processes.
Experience coordinating meetings, travel, or event logistics.
