  • Exceptional organizational skills with experience managing multiple calendars
  • Discretion, confidentiality, and sensitivity in handling various matters
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is preferred
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in construction or real estate development
