We are a boutique real estate brokerage seeking a talented, motivated Executive Assistant to support our Broker and team. Russian fluency is required. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and is passionate about real estate.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide seamless day-to-day office management to ensure the brokerage operates efficiently.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, agents, vendors, and service providers to ensure a white-glove experience.
• Deliver concierge-level service to clients, providing proactive support throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process.
• Take ownership of administrative workflows, continuously seeking ways to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and free up the Broker's time.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve the client experience, marketing efforts, and internal operations.
• Research and recommend new tools, technologies, or vendors to improve business operations.
Qualifications
Fluent in Russian (Required)
Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn new systems and processes
• Highly goal-driven, organized, and able to prioritize shifting daily responsibilities with minimal oversight
Calm under pressure, flexible in a fast-paced environment, and able to manage the emotional ups and downs common in real estate transactions
Excellent communicator, both written and verbal - professional grammar, spelling, and proofreading are a must
• Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to empathize, build rapport, and maintain strong client relationships
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assess, prioritize, and act quickly
• Exceptionally detail-oriented and deadline-driven, with a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate work
Knowledge of real estate contracts, escrow processes, and transaction timelines is a plus
Technical Skills:
• Technologically savvy and quick to learn new programs; ability to troubleshoot common issues independently
Additional Requirements:
• Reliable, presentable vehicle, valid driver's license, and insurance
• Real Estate License required
