About the Role

Devil May Care Media, the company behind The Megyn Kelly Show, is hiring an Executive Assistant to support Megyn Kelly. The executive assistant will manage the intersection of Megyn’s professional and personal life, ensuring seamless daily operations and offering administrative support. This is a role for someone who thrives on solving problems, anticipating needs, and multitasking. Candidates should have exceptional communication skills and attention to detail as well as prior experience as an executive assistant. 

 

Key responsibilities include complex calendar management, travel logistics, vendor/household oversight, and personal administrative support including scheduling appointments and liaising with professional staff to contribute to the planning and execution of daily activities and projects.

Responsibilities/ Executive Support

  • Serve as Megyn’s on-the-ground point of contact during production hours
  • Assist with production checklists and on-site needs (tech savvy candidates preferred) 
  • Manage her calendar, schedule, travel, and logistics
  • Handle inbound communication and requests
  • Support daily coordination with producers, tech team and other staff 
  • Proficient in QuickBooks

Must be able to work in Connecticut daily and have a vehicle 

Sometimes requires accessibility outside of normal business hours
