Job description

TITLE: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
LOCATION: 405 Lexington Avenue, Manhattan
DURATION: Temp or Temp-to-Perm - TBD based on individual’s performance + company’s business needs
Job Summary:

This position provides day-to-day administrative support to C-Level Executives and their teams.
Responsibilities include:

• Interface with clients, advertising agencies, and out of home buying services.
  • Responsible for all scheduling and calendar updates in Outlook.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports.
  • Provide support including correspondence, reports, preparation of graphs/charts, and process invoices.
  • Create documents and spreadsheets, as needed.
  • Provide superior customer service, focused on client requests.
  • Ability to understand and create accurate proposals.
  • Process advertising contracts and coordinate billing with accounting.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
  • Provide administrative support for various Events.
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years proven executive level administrative experience
  • AA or BA preferred, but not required.
  • Superior interpersonal & organizational skills.
  • Extensive Computer Skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
