Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate each patientโ€™s trauma history and collaboratively identify tailored treatment strategies.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that emphasize recovery and resilience-building, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in New York State.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of trauma-related disorders, resilience-building approaches, and trauma-informed treatment methodologies.
