• Perform thorough initial assessments and evaluations, establishing tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various settings, including individual, couples, and family counseling.
• Implement diverse therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain detailed records of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and staying updated with current mental health research and practices.

Your work within our telehealth environment will involve supporting a diverse client base, including individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our aim is to provide each client with empathetic and tailored care, accommodating their unique life experiences and emotional contexts.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.
• A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a deep understanding of therapeutic practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and telehealth application tools to facilitate seamless therapy sessions.
• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines, ensuring a commitment to professional standards in counseling.

• Specialization in areas such as trauma-informed care, substance use disorders, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly regarded.
• Experience working in a telehealth setting or with remote technologies is beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with clients from various cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.

• Competitive salary range from USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
