Recruiter - La Jolla, CA
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Temporary Recruiter to join our client's Human Resources team in La Jolla, CA. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent. The Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of positions while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of positions
  • Create and post job advertisements on multiple recruiting platforms
  • Source, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates
  • Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Prepare and extend offer letters and assist with salary negotiations
  • Facilitate pre-employment activities, including background checks and onboarding
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruitment strategies
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Assist with recruiting reports, metrics, and other HR projects as needed
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), such as Workday, Greenhouse, ADP Recruiting, or similar
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate relationship management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Assignment Details:
  • 6 month contract role, possibility to go permanent
  • Onsite role
  • Located in La Jolla, San Diego
  • Compensation: $30.00-$40.00 per hour DOE
  • Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST
