JOB DESCRIPTION

RECRUITER

Position Summary

The Recruiter is responsible for executing full cycle recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent across multiple functions within Corporate Hospitality Services, including hospitality operations, property management, housekeeping, maintenance, and kitchen staff. This role ensures compliance with company policies, federal and state employment laws, and supports hiring managers in building strong, diverse teams that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and extending offers.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Post and maintain requisitions on job boards, company website, and social media platforms.
  • Partner with hiring managers to create accurate job postings and interview guides.
  • Conduct pre-employment screenings in compliance with company policy and applicable laws.

Candidate Engagement & Selection

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial candidate phone screens, assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Provide timely and professional communication to candidates throughout the process.
  • Ensure consistent and fair hiring practices that comply with EEOC guidelines.

Onboarding & Compliance

  • Support the onboarding process through ADP or designated HRIS, ensuring new hire paperwork and compliance forms are completed.
  • Coordinate orientation schedules and assist with Day 1 readiness.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and company reporting requirements.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Support

  • Serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers, providing guidance on recruitment best practices and workforce planning.
  • Participate in HR meetings to share updates on recruiting activity, metrics, and trends.
  • Build relationships with local workforce agencies, community groups, and schools to support talent pipelines.

Continuous Improvement & Metrics

  • Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and turnover.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to recruitment processes.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, labor market shifts, and competitive practices.

Qualifications Required:

  • 2+ years of recruiting or HR experience, preferably in hospitality, manufacturing, or service industries.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ADP preferred).
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.

Required:

  • Bilingual English/Spanish a must.
  • Experience with high-volume recruiting.
