Administrative Associate
Our recruitment team is expanding and looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate Recruiting Administrative Associate to join our Los Angeles location. What You'll Be Doing
- Provide administrative and operational support to team.
- Manage and coordinate active calendars
- Schedule, confirm, and track interviews and meetings
- Maintain organized candidate and client files according to office protocols
- Conduct reference checks and assist with background checks
- Partner with Compliance on onboarding paperwork and processes
- Support scheduling and coordination via Outlook and internal systems
Who We're Seeking
- 1 to 3 years of administrative or internship experience
- Interest in or exposure to fashion, retail, beauty, ecommerce, or PR preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Enthusiastic, confident, and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
