Administrative Associate

Our recruitment team is expanding and looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate Recruiting Administrative Associate to join our Los Angeles location. Applicants should be based in Los Angeles, CA. As the Recruiting Administrative Associate, you will support our teams with placing talent with notable firms and luxury brands in CA. What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide administrative and operational support to team.
  • Manage and coordinate active calendars
  • Schedule, confirm, and track interviews and meetings
  • Maintain organized candidate and client files according to office protocols
  • Conduct reference checks and assist with background checks
  • Partner with Compliance on onboarding paperwork and processes
  • Support scheduling and coordination via Outlook and internal systems

Who We're Seeking

  • 1 to 3 years of administrative or internship experience
  • Interest in or exposure to fashion, retail, beauty, ecommerce, or PR preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
