Job description

Administrative Associate: Cash Window – Sandusky, OH
Wolff Bros. Supply, Inc. is one of the largest independent Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC distributors in America. We are looking for an experienced Administrative Associate to add to our growing team at our Sandusky location.
Work Week amp; Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m., No weekends
Pay: $17+ per hour
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to easily learn and multi-task on a computer in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have Warehouse and Customer Service experience
  • Must be willing to work in a drug-free environment
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Must be able to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, etc.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Job Duties:
  • Answer phones and direct calls, if necessary
  • Process customer payments (cash, credit card, checks, etc.)
  • Demonstrate a high level of customer service with all customers
  • Balance cash drawer
  • Prepare daily bank deposits
  • Assist with pulling orders at the end of the day
  • Call customers to inform them when their orders have arrived
  • Assisting in the warehouse
  • Organize tickets against material
  • Pull in route and onsite orders and stock on appropriate shelves
  • Stage material on shelves and skips to be put away in high bay areas
  • Print and confirm all transfer reports
  • Manage the messages that come in from other branches
  • Run NS report and manage transfer of NS items
  • Order supplies as needed
  • Void cancellations and follow up with salesman or customer
  • Back up support other administrative roles, and duties as assigned, including:
    • Operations amp; Materials (OMM) Support: Research and distribute OMM documentation for customer submittals.
    • Logistics amp; Delivery Tracking: Monitor delivery status and update tracking logs.
    • Document Management: Maintain accurate paper and digital filing systems.
    • General Administrative Support: Perform additional operational tasks as assigned.
