Title : Administrative Support Associate - Adult Beverage
Cincinnati, OH 45202
Duration : 6-12 Months (Based on business need)
Max Pay $24/hr w2
Shift details : Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Interview : Virtual/1-Round
Experience Required : 1-2 years
Preferred :
• Experience in an administrative, operations, or business support environment
Job Summary :
Provides clerical and administrative support to enable team and category/department goals. Supports day-to-day operations including scheduling, data entry, coordination, and general administrative tasks, while assisting with ad hoc requests and projects
Notes From Call
- Blocking and tackling role
- Proficient in MS Suite, Excel, and Outlook (Detail-Oriented)
- Lots of reporting, exporting of systems, and pulling reports for commodities (basic to intermediary)
- Will be manipulating category information about products in stores, the candidate should be able to save, add columns, and export a spreadsheet
- General Recent college grads, candidates who want to step foot in to corporate world. Temporary workers will work with Category managers. Category managers work at different paces/divisions within the business. Should be interested in that type of work. Will be sitting with the team that supports the divisions (2-5 person team) who all work towards that type of comfort) For example, a candidate might work with data regarding frozen pizza would and would be required to pull a report regarding product information and give it to the team to analyze***
Key Responsibilities :
• Provide administrative and clerical support to team members to support business objectives • Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel coordination • Gather, organize, and input data; generate basic reports as needed • Support documentation, systems entry, contracts, and forms with accuracy and attention to detail • Serve as a point of coordination for routine communication, follow ups, and information requests • Resolve basic operational issues (e.g., data discrepancies, item setup, pricing inquiries) and escalate when appropriate • Assist with ad hoc projects and special assignments as needed • Maintain organization of schedules, tasks, and documentation to support team efficiency
Basic Qualifications / Skills :
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) • Strong organizational and time management skills • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
