Summary:
Chaska High School is seeking a detail-oriented, friendly, and organized Office Assistant to support our Athletics, Arts, and Activities Office. This role provides essential clerical support, helps manage program finances, assists with scheduling and event coordination, and supports students, staff, and families in our vibrant extracurricular community.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide clerical and administrative support including answering phones, maintaining schedules, and preparing event materials
  • Assist with financial processes: track budgets, process payments, collect fees, and prepare deposits
  • Coordinate student registration, eligibility tracking, and transportation for events
  • Help schedule and manage district facilities and equipment for athletics, arts, and activities
  • Maintain program websites and online ticketing systems

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate's degree preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Applications
  • Excellent communication skills and commitment to confidentiality
  • Friendly, service-oriented approach and ability to work with diverse groups
