Summary
Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, material handling, kitting, and shipping. Establish procedures to ensure efficient material flow and accurate inventory management. Serve internal and external customers while acting as a backup to the Materials Manager. MRO Administrator manages and coordinates maintenance, repair, and operations activities, ensuring timely availability of parts, compliance, and efficient maintenance processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for overseeing the procurement, inventory, and documentation of maintenance supplies and equipment within an organization
  • Ensure that all necessary parts and materials are available for maintenance activities.
  • Maintain accurate records.
  • Act as a liaison between maintenance teams and suppliers to reduce equipment downtime and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with multiple vendors and internal departments, which requires strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ensuring timely procurement of maintenance, repair, and operations supplies.
  • Efficient parts management, minimized downtime, and seamless support of maintenance operations.
  • Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), ERP software, and inventory tracking tools.
