Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior-Level Salesforce Administrator and Manager with a strong background in the solar energy sector. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in Salesforce administration and management, demonstrating proficiency in optimizing and managing Salesforce platforms to support business operations and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Salesforce Administration:
  • Manage and optimize the Salesforce platform to meet the needs of the organization.
  • Perform regular system audits and prepare for upgrades.
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
  1. Salesforce Management:
  • Lead a team of Salesforce administrators and developers, providing guidance and support.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of new Salesforce applications and changes to existing applications.
