Job description

Job Overview:
This role primarily serves to coordinate patient care activities between all departments and campuses through direct communication with staff and leadership. The ADCO assists in the coordination of hospital operations with assuring regulatory, quality, and safety priorities are identified along with standards of card and practice requirements are met. The Assistant Director of Campus Operations (ADCO) will be the administrator designee in charge of hospital operations in the absences of the administrator on call and until the administrator on call in contacted. The ADCO contributes to, follow, and supports Administration, and operations across campuses. These employees actively demonstrate commitment to the hospital mission statement, goal, Deaconess First Standards, and procedures.
Required: Certifications/Licenses/Experience:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) in Indiana or other compact licensure state
  • ICU experience
  • BSN

Preferred Certification/License/Experience:
  • 2-3 years of related experience in the acute care setting
  • ICU or ER experience
