We are seeking a HubSpot Administrator / CRM Operations Specialist who is passionate about maximizing the power of technology, automation, and data to drive business results. This role is ideal for a HubSpot power user who enjoys building solutions, optimizing workflows, improving processes, and helping teams get the most value from their CRM investment.
You will play a key role in managing and enhancing our HubSpot environment, ensuring our platform is organized, efficient, scalable, and aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives on improving systems, leveraging automation, and creating a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize the HubSpot platform to support organizational goals and recruiting operations
- Build, maintain, and improve HubSpot workflows, automations, custom properties, pipelines, dashboards, and reports
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation and CRM enhancements
- Manage user access, permissions, and platform settings
- Maintain data accuracy, consistency, security, and overall CRM health
- Develop reporting solutions that provide actionable business insights
- Support integrations, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform improvements
- Assist with data entry, document generation, and CRM-related administrative tasks
- Stay current on HubSpot features, best practices, and emerging AI capabilities
Ideal Candidate
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot administration, including workflows, reporting, customization, and automation
- Strong understanding of HubSpot best practices and CRM optimization strategies
- Experience using AI tools and identifying opportunities for AI-driven process improvements
- Basic understanding of information security principles and data management best practices
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data quality
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
- Proactive, self-motivated, and excited about improving business processes
- Professional, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and PDF/document management tools
