What You'll Do
As a Service Operations Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in supporting service operations by ensuring labor standards, reporting, and business processes are accurate, effective, and aligned with operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and update service standard jobs and labor operations.
  • Analyze standard job utilization and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Generate and distribute weekly and monthly operational reports.
  • Track service department productivity, workload, efficiency, and overtime trends.
  • Monitor field service response times and incoming machine inspection metrics.
  • Gather, validate, and maintain operational data across multiple business systems.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and data-driven recommendations for management.
  • Conduct process mapping and workflow analysis to improve operational efficiency.
  • Support implementation of service process improvements and best practices.
  • Audit data and processes to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with Service, Product Support, CSA, and Operations teams on strategic initiatives.
  • Assist with special projects and operational analysis as needed.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis, service administration, operations support, or related business functions.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional internal customer service.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in heavy equipment, construction equipment, industrial service, or dealership operations.
  • Familiarity with Caterpillar service operations and standard jobs.
  • Experience with DBS, Builder G3, SOC, Power BI, or similar reporting systems.
  • Continuous improvement or process mapping experience.
