Job description

We are looking for an Associate Operations Coordinator to support daily office and operational activities in Pharr, TX. This is a Long-term Contract position suited for someone who enjoys balancing customer interaction, administrative coordination, and process-focused work in an onsite environment. The ideal candidate will help keep workflows organized, provide responsive service, and contribute to consistent execution across scheduling, invoicing, and shipping-related tasks.


Responsibilities:

• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and operational support activities to help maintain an efficient office environment.

• Respond to customer and internal inquiries with professionalism, providing clear communication and timely follow-up.

• Schedule appointments and manage calendars or related logistics to support smooth daily operations.

• Prepare, review, and process invoices and other routine documentation with close attention to accuracy.

• Assist with shipping and office support functions, ensuring tasks are completed according to established procedures.

• Use Microsoft Office applications and other computer-based tools to track information, prepare records, and maintain organized files.

• Follow company policies and standard operating procedures while helping uphold quality and service expectations.

• Support training and onboarding activities by sharing process guidance and reinforcing operational best practices.

• Previous experience in office support, operations coordination, customer service, or a similar administrative role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
