Description

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role is responsible for managing daily office tasks, coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and providing excellent customer service while supporting multiple departments.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper
  • Order and manage office supplies and equipment
  • Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and database management
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics as needed
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Perform general office duties, including copying, scanning, filing, and mailing documents

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
  • Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
