Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with overtime as needed

Qualified Staffing is seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Assistant (Bilingual English/ Spanish) for a growing manufacturing company in Marietta, GA. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Temp-to-hire.

Administrative Assistant Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase raw materials, shop supplies, components, and other production-related items.
  • Enter and maintain open orders, including updates and revisions.
  • Process customer purchase order entries accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain and update shop orders to ensure accurate production scheduling.
  • Communicate with subcontractors via phone and email regarding new orders, order updates, and expedited requests.
  • Gather and compile information requested by management and various departments.
  • Review and update daily employee shop order assignments.
  • Monitor attendance issues and assist with scheduling adjustments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
  • Provide general administrative support to production, purchasing, and management teams.
