Data Entry / Quality Assurance Administrative Assistant
Location: Middletown, CT
Position Type: Contract | Full-Time Hours
Pay: $17.75 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry / Administrative Assistant to support the Quality Assurance department at a State of Connecticut office in Middletown.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills who enjoys working with data, reviewing documents, and providing administrative support in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter, update, and maintain data in Excel
  • Review documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Run reports and organize information for the Quality Assurance team
  • Create, update, and format PowerPoint presentations
  • Add and format charts, graphs, tables, and other presentation content
  • Perform document review and data verification
  • Provide general administrative support as needed
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while handling multiple tasks
Qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills, including creating and formatting presentations, charts, and graphs
