About the job Administrative & Data Entry Clerk
The Administrative and Data Entry Clerk performs administrative tasks and billing data entry for the Administration and IT department. This is an exciting opportunity to strengthen your attention to detail and allows you to gain exposure to different areas of the business.
Responsibilities

  • Scan and sort contracts and supporting documents
  • Box completed scanned documents and place in the appropriate areas of the office
  • Enter and review billing data into appropriate databases
  • Ensure appropriate turnaround time on all data entry requests
  • Monitor and update existing data, when required
Qualifications
  • 1 year of data entry or administrative experience is considered an asset
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Effective multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
