As a Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk you will:
  • Enter, maintain, and verify data accuracy in company databases and records.
  • Reconcile discrepancies and generate reports as needed.
  • Manage electronic and paper files, document retention, and confidential records.
  • Answer phones, emails, and correspondence; schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
  • Prepare documents, forms, and reports using Microsoft Office.
  • Process mail, maintain office supplies, and support day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to update and verify information.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks, maintain data quality, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

As a Receptionist /Administrative Assistant you will:
  • Greet visitors, employees, and vendors and handle incoming calls.
  • Provide general administrative and front-office support.
  • Coordinate meetings, conference rooms, calendars, and office events.
  • Manage office supplies, mail, packages, and refreshments.
  • Support HR with onboarding, employee programs, and special projects.
  • Maintain employee access through the Brivo Security System and conduct related audits.
  • Assist with training materials, reporting, presentations, and compliance activities.

These are full time opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with accurate data entry abilities.
  • Ability to manage records, solve problems, multitask, and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
  • Works primarily in a climate-controlled office environment with occasional exposure to manufacturing areas requiring appropriate PPE.

Receptionist:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking).

Pay Rate: $22.00-24.00 per hour
