Position Type: Temporary
Schedule: Monday โ€“ Friday, 8:00 AM โ€“ 4:30 PM (Weekend availability required)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Associate to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have prior administrative experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with computer systems, including Microsoft Excel. This position requires flexibility, as weekend availability may be needed after training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform filing and document management tasks
  • Provide general administrative support to the office team
  • Assist with daily clerical duties and data entry
